Billing
Plans are billed monthly in Namibian dollars through a local payment gateway. Charges appear on your statement from a Namibian merchant, which avoids the declined-card and cross-border-fee problems that come with paying an overseas hosting provider.
Changing plan takes effect from your next billing cycle. You can change or cancel at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard.
Enterprise
Enterprise plans are priced per contract and are not available through self-serve signup. They cover custom CPU and memory allocations, a dedicated host rather than the shared pool, a written data residency guarantee, and priority support. Contact us to discuss an Enterprise plan.
